  I wasn't expecting much when I came to get teriyaki at a mall food court, but it was actually pretty good for the price. It's less than $6 bucks for teriyaki chicken, rice and veggies. We got 2 plates and a large soda for $14.08. I give the food 3.5 stars, and Diana gets 5 stars.
  
  Diana was the cashier. She was SO NICE and FRIENDLY. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because DIANA was so nice!
  
  We don't live around here, but if we're ever in town again, we might come back.

  1-2 stars. Don't matter.
  
  Do not eat here. This place needs to be fixed.
  
  Probably my fault because we were hungry and didn't read the reviews. Trust the reviews. Something needs to change here.
  
  Mall food this was barely edible.
  
  I can eat a lot of horrible food and choke it down. This is close to it. It was tough to eat.
  
  The picture on the wall don't match the food. Where's the veggies?  I'm sure I'd still not like it.
  
  We couldn't finish our plates. I hate leaving food but it was different. The sauce was worse than bland. Even adding soy sauce didn't help. The chicken tasted stale or old. It was a bit dry and crunchy. I can't even explain the taste bit was like bad teriyaki that was expired with stale chicken.
  
  I'd assume this place needs a retraining of quality control. There is none. Second is this is a Japanese place.  The associates working seemed to be more interested in themselves and not the food they were serving. Like they were just going through the motions. If I go to a sushi place and there are no Asians making the sushi. It led to poor quality. I don't care who's making the food but make sure their making it right. Train them. Make sure the food is fresh.

  Now it's different from before. The waiter's attitude is very bad. The former weight can be eaten by two people. Now one person is not full, and they refuse to add it. They are very angry and will not come back.

  Never a problem with this place. I also stop here for food when visiting the mall. Great portion sizes and good pricing.

  First off when I walked up to the counter the employee was looking at his phone. He didn't even notice I was waiting to order. After I greeted him and finally got his attention he took my order. I order the teriyaki chicken. He quickly "cooked" the chicken and basically threw it in the box over the rice. It was messy when I picked it up and he didn't even bother closing the box or putting my order in a bag. Like they say, you eat with your eyes, right? If it doesn't look appetizing, it may not taste appetizing.
  
  On to the food.... oh man, ordering from here was a big mistake. The chicken was all chopped up, it was drowned in teriyaki sauce and there were tons of burned bits. After eating a few pieces some of the pieces I bite into the spit out was ice cold! After tasting the food, I was so disappointed I ended up throwing it away. I didn't want to get sick from the chicken because I couldn't tell if the chicken was raw or cooked, then thrown in the fridge then cooked again on the flat top.
  
  I will never eat here again, and I hope that if you do decide to eat here that they put a little more effort into their food and show some care and compassion for the business.
